Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay every month?
No. The fix-up and new website prices are one-off payments. The care plan is optional and you can cancel it any time.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the final payment is made, the website and its content belong to your business.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, phone number, the services you offer, the areas you cover and any photos of your work. We handle everything else.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure Stripe payment link or invoice. We take 50% before work starts and the rest before the site goes live.
Do you charge VAT?
No. We're not VAT registered, so our prices are the full amount you pay.
What if I don't like the preview?
You don't pay anything. The preview is free, with no obligation.
Payment, refund & cancellation policy
Payments
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- We take a 50% deposit before work starts.
- The remaining 50% is due when the work is finished, before the website goes live.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds & cancellations
- Cancel before work starts and you'll get a full refund of your deposit.
- Cancel after work has started and the deposit covers the work already done. We'll send you everything completed so far.
- If we can't deliver the work we agreed, you'll get a full refund.
- Care plans can be cancelled at any time and won't renew after cancellation.
- If you're unhappy with anything, email us first. We reply within 2 working days and will always try to put it right.
